02/10/08 – “hot coffee”
You know reading my local newpaper I thought the people of my area would be smarter than they actually are… However once again with the society we live in I stand corrected. Health and safety is the matter of this persons particular rant! (It wasnt mine… for once)
It began with her ranting about how her son spent 2 weeks in Intensive Care at a local hospital with 1st degree burns on his left arm because someone had “carelessly” left a cup of coffee on a table in a local shop
(This I personally think is bullshit simply because you cant take drinks onto the shop floor up town… if you can get off the damn tills) but anyway I digress, she winged about this… Then she began saying it nearly happened again in a different shop after her son got out of hospital, she even went as far as telling the town people need “more health and safety training”…
So this woman who blatantly isnt noticing her child has done this twice nearly has blamed the rest of the world. CONGRATULATIONS MRS. FUCKTARD you get the “dumbest bint in town” award, and as a token of our depression at the prats like you, have a CBRN kit and a flame resist toilet seat because remember, that curry you ate last night might be extremely hot and that wasnt mentioned on the packet.
I dont mean too much harm towards these people, but the health and safety culture of the United Kingdom these days really does wind me up, it is ALWAYS someone else’s fault, or someone else did something to affect them. It will never be the person whos “injured” or whatever, a blame culture and a good old fashioned pile of crap. Hopefully when the Tory government comes in, we’ll see the end to this shambolic stature of society and a new one where you use your own frigging head.

26/09/08 – “Downgrade them drugs!”
After reading the first paragraph on the this article which is “The body that advises the government on illegal drugs is meeting to discuss whether ecstasy should be downgraded from a Class A drug to Class B.” I laughed to myself and sat there thinking about boffins sitting in a government headquarters somewhere, suited up, talking about the ‘effects’ of drug use…
Let me get something straight from the start, I do not condone the usage of any form of narcotics (Heck I have a beer every now and again, and very little else)
However, seeing the government starting to buckle under what seems to be social pressure towards drug usage makes me pretty sick. Now I have no problem if people want to pump their bodies full of narcotics to have a good time, Hell if they wanna screw up their lives with drug use then be my guest! I’ll just laugh… probably because its funny to see dependance and humans going hand in hand, anyway I digress.
Naturally occuring substances im a little more, forgiving with… for example marijuana, it grows naturally so why should people not experiment with it? Magic Mushrooms are naturally occuring aswell, as is opium etc (to my knowledge?) however it is the usage of chemically created drugs that people use that bother me, most people will learn the ingrediants of these chemical drugs while they’re between 12 and 16 at school (in the UK anyway) however, most will not learn of the manufacturing processes where any number of contaminants can slip into the compound and ruin your life to the point of “one hit and your dead” scenario’s. Wow i’ve gone really off topic havent I?
But the fact that the government is down-grading these drugs to Cat B perhaps is pretty stupid, its just going to encourage more and more of the accidents with them you see in night clubs etc… increase their accessability etc… and when the country’s “youth” is in such turmoil about almost everything, you think they’d be throwing the nanny sheet over them too… but obviously not. Hopefully they downgrade it and then watch the number of overdose cases go sky high, then panic… Sorry people, but I suggest you stay away from those lovely drugs…

04/09/08 – Economic nationals
Well its coming round to the government winding everyone up about recession and the world coming to an end because money isnt what it was worth 12 months ago. Meh I dont really care to be all that honest, when the world comes to an end I know I can survive using my own wit. Anyway… drivel aside, Been thinking about it quite abit and its something the government dont dare bring up for fear of getting shot pretty much.
Remember in the past 50 years how many mines/wells were closed due to it being cheaper to get the resources from other countries? Yeah so do I, why doesnt the government give massive subsidies to the people who’d like to reopen these places? The tonnes of coal/oil that these guys and girls could bring up would make sure that the UK is well supplied with fuel for the next 5-10 years if there is a recession world wide!
Wait wait… I forgot, Coal harms the enviroment and oil is the devils work because that hurts the enviroment too… forgot about that, nevermind, it doesnt make enough money for the government either, so I guess it’ll never see the light of day.

It always makes me laugh when I see how one sided the international community is you know? This link is just another showmanship effort by the media of the west to once again put Russia’s actions in Georgia down to the ground in a spectacle to make the mass public worry. I.e. its aload of crap spouted by the ‘think-tanks’ of Great Britain that want to keep you ‘worried’ about whats going on in the world…

If I remember back in 2003 a similar event happened somewhere in the world, Oh yeah its called Iraq! If I remember correctly the entire UN security council told the US and UK not to invade Iraq because it was unjust… Did anything happen? Sure it did, we went in all guns blazing on the ‘truth’ that the government gave to us, funny that… I never saw any massive condemnation, no economic sanctions nothing… Just a quick “Dont do that again” Now Russia is doing the same thing in Georgia and quite honestly, they are getting slatted about it! At least they didnt have to lie and sleeze their way into the UN to make sure they could do this, unlike the US and UK!
Tell you what, being brutally honest, I support Russia in what they are doing in Georgia more than I do the UK/US in Iraq, simply because Russia has citizens in the main places of contest, while the UK and US have oil reserves that belong to those countries that they’ve practically stole. All it is these days with the media is tactics to induce paranoia and worry into the publics eye. Especially with “Cold War 2″ coming around the corner… which frankly is also a load of crap because of said things above!
Jesus, Tell you what its like the East grew out of the Cold War and the west receeded back into xenophobia and paranoia of it all happening again. Goddamn.

You’d be laughing if I was joking about THIS story. The sad fact of life is that I’m really not joking and that this has/is gonna happen in councils all across Great Britiain as we give up more and more FREEDOMS to Islam and religious nuts…
Im honestly pretty outraged at the sheer idioicy of these councillers, Heres how I think their minds works on a daily basis…
“Im a Muslim and I find your white bread greatly offensive to my religion, society and culture!”

“Im a Muslim and you need to give me a raise because im a Muslim!”
Now I am far from racist and I put up with religion as far as the law requires me too (which in this day and age I cant say the word “Islam” on the internet without 50 police snooping over my every move… ISLAM! ISLAM! ISLAM! MUSLIMS AND TURKS! Anyway… away from my attractive attention grabbing ways and back to my offended-ness at this topic.
Im pretty pissed at how this counciller has the cheek to ask non-muslim workers to stop eating at work as a sign of respect? What the fuck are you going on about dude, you mean people eating around you is making you question your faith right? If your god is so devine and brilliant you’d agree that they can do what they want and you’d live on and eat 5 bowls of rice at dinner, just like I damn well would! Racism you ask? Well yeah, if I was a christian and asked a Muslim to attend a chruch on Sunday with me to make me feel better can you imagine the up-roar? Frankly im getting mighty pissed off with people forcing their religion and beliefs down my throat almost 24/7. I have a Christian come into work who says “God bless” when he leaves… You know I dont mind that because its nice, Heck if a Muslim said “Allah bless” I wouldnt mind… But the simple fact that this guy is asking people to change their lives because he wants them to conform to his religion… its borderline racism and the guy should be sacked from his job for even suggestion such things…
BUT no of course he wont! He’ll get a £250,000 compensation when someone brings a sandwich to the desk tommorow because of his hurt Muslim feelings… He’ll get a promotion and the innocent person will suffer the humiliation of being called Racism and Non-Multiculturist and then get the sack, only to find no-one will employ them ever again… Wheres the justice? They’d become yet another victim of our political ideology that lets anyone who isnt British get away with murder… nigh literally!

27/08/08 – Cold War 2?
You’ve gotta be having a laugh if you honestly think Russia is being “aggressive” with the west again. Its quite the opposite way around. Right so Russia isnt doing to well in the ‘world peace’ office at the moment with its invasion of Georgia and all that jibber jabber, and then with its “nuclear threats” that it apparently made, frankly I think its the other way around you know?
Take Georgia, a little ex-soviet union republic that has a good percentage of Russians inside of it, Its about as stable as chaos gets and has a place called South Ossetia that has literally broken away from the main country to join with Russia. Now obviously that would annoy anyone because thats weakness, so the Georgians bomb the crap out of it provoking the Russians… The Russians then ‘invade’ Georgia to defend its citizens who it says were in trouble… Which they are!
However this drew massive amounts of criticism from NATO and the UN because frankly they needed something to spark off round 2.
Round 2… America gets tired of being the sub-heading on the news paper, “I know lets stick patriot anti-missile sites in Poland because we can!” Yeah well done America, believe it or not that is an aggressive act against a country that your at peace with and they are well within their right as a country to tell you that. But of course you once again twist their words for the western media (1 out of every 62,000 western Europeans can speak Russian… by the way) to blow along to! So now we have nuclear missile threats and the Russians saying they want a new cold war… QUICK THE RUSSIANS ARE THE BAD GUYS!!
Are they crap, they’re literally the innocent party here, They are simply saying that they find missile sites in Poland and offence and frankly I would to! They dont pose any form of nuclear threat with the west even by a long shot…. and simply does it, this is just yet another scare tactics from the western governments to keep us paranoid and delusional about how we need to go about things…
Anyone else remember that “Russian Spy Plane Interception” the other month? Bet you didn’t know Russia reports the same things almost daily about American SR-71’s?? No of course you dont… unless you poke around Russian sites and news outlets in the smaller countries that arnt so hot on “anti-communism” then you arnt likely to know about bugger all… But hey thats how YOUR government likes you to be, In the dark.. but im sure we live in the modern ages? Not medieval times? Who cares you speak against this and your called a communist apparently… Wonder how many people actually know what communism is? Or do they asscosiate it with 1950-80’s Soviet Paranoia?

Please… you’ve got to be kidding me when I read things like this. This women is actually suggesting that we give officals (council workers) the ability to go around the streets and start being snoopy little gobshites into yet more of our personal business?

Frankly if one of these rejects asked me for ID or something as equally insulting, I’d tell them where to go… Im so unbelivably sick of being stopped in the street and being required to give my “Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Favorite Pizza, Favorite pint, Best pub and How mant toes the average imbred farmer pixy from Africa has!” I left the army for that very fact… and the simply chance to snoop and investigate more of our lives with this INSULT has frustrated me even more.
If you want to know everything about me government, come ask me… You’ll get told to drive your 250K car back home at 150mph down a motorway (Which you’ll get away with by the way) and then buy your petrol from foreign sources because its cheaper and doesnt have income tax… Then you can go onto your own pirated website (Gordon Brown stole his websites something or other) and rant about me as much as I do about you.
This kind of situation is nothing but a government who knows its time is up trying to make ‘ammends’ to its track record for shafting this country so badly that no-one wants to know, no-one cares and frankly, no-one wants…

26/08/08 – Outside is what?
So it might just be me in my 20 years of old age, but who these days remembers when they first went on a swing at the local park? When they used to be the highlight of your life because you can swing back and forth and have some real fun while your at it?
Seems these days, these kinds of things dont exist anymore without legal pending approval from six agencies that are specifically ‘trained’ in health and safety, personally I dont think a kid is going to care that the rope on the swing is made from six way binded poly-eurathane to ensure total safety, I think they’re gonna care about the swinging sensation and having fun…
Oh wait fun… I forgot apparently the kids these days dont have fun without a computer system in front of them! (Ironic coming from a gamer right?) But thats also the governments view… so naturally they decide its well within their rights to pave over large amounts of grassy areas and knock down parks to build houses the size of rabbit hutches, This is happening just around the corner from me in my home town. A park that even my parents can remember being there 40 years ago is being sold to a contracting ferm who are going to build 2-4 houses on this tiny plot land, and I kid you not how small this piece of land is, 20 meters wide by 15 deep… and it isnt square either.
This is what I cannot understand about the local, regional and national governments, they put all this money into ‘child activites’ and then they go and demolish perfectly good parks and grassy areas to build houses for the social elite? Where is their commitment to the new generations of the country? Oh wait… their donation to the generation is obescity, taxes before they are ten and the ability to make sure in 60 years time they still wont have any money for that pension…
Frankly what im getting at is the fact that I dont seem to see kids out and about playing footie anymore, or playing on swings/slides and all the other things I used to as a kid, I remember going down the local brook and deciding to make a big army base and throw twigs at passers by because they were invading with their dogs! These days, you cant find places to do this without having a government in(ass)spector coming along and writting a note about how terrible the children act this day and age because they have fun.
Might aswell mass-produce children without the fun centre of their brain… oh wait we are, its called ’school’ and ‘life experience’ of today. Damn

25/08/08 – London 2012, yeah right…
So yet again another Olympic games is complete, With this years probably bring the most controvery so the games in its history, from the opening ceremonies ‘photoshopped’ and shown to be far more brilliant than what they really were, to the 14 year old gymnast who sparked controversy with an apparent age change!
But this isnt a blog about the controversy of this years Olympic games, this is more a blog about the 2012 olympics due to be held in London… Yeah right.
Already the EU is sticking its fat nose in and asking countries to submit a proposal that the EU use one big team… What a crock of crap… That effectivly steals the Olympics from London and the British and gives it to Europe (and in this day and age of handing over massive amounts of power to Brussells, this will probably happen) which frankly isnt on. If a EU team gets used, then THOUSANDS of atheletes will loose their place to compete in the Olympics which frankly isnt on either… But can you honestly expect the EU to want any British atheletes there? No I didnt think so either…
Failing that we can almost guarantee that the 2012 olympics are gonna have workmen on the track at all times, I can almost see the 1500 meters being confined to a track with one lane, a workman standing every 15 meters with a hazard barrier. I have no faith in the governments ability to finish the stadium on time… that and the opening ceremony I can almost guarantee everyone is going to want stab-proof vests incase a group of ‘youths’ come and ambush an athelete for his shoe laces… Instead lets have a whole new set of events! The Drive By, The Hit and Run and The Knife Endurance! I can see them taking off in the next 4 years at schools across the UK…

23/08/08 – Who actually does own the moon?
So I found this link earlier, and it brings up a good question, who really does own the mood?
Well no-one really right? the outer-space treaty makes sure that no celestial body can be owned by a single nation. Sure thats all good and well, but the treaty was setup in the 1960’s, over 40 years ago now. (41 to be right), How many countries do you think are gonna go “This is my piece of the moon!” and then annoy someone down here by doing that? *coughs* America for one I know will breech this treaty.
I mean, they’ll use the old “We had our flag there first” trick, frankly im quite looking forward to seeing in the next ten years weather or not American did actually land on the moon, only time will tell eh!
But anyway I digress, I dont know how this is going to be policed really, whos to say everyones gonna get on well up there? We cant even get our problems down here sorted, so taking religion and politics into space is going to be yet another battlefield of ideology and the foolish futility of it all really isnt it.
But I guess thats what really concerns me, as a man of science, I try to keep my mind in the most positive frame when thinking of ‘whats really out there?’ but when I think of who its going to be down to… (The US and its allies) I dont really want them to go further than we’ve already been, I dont want to see our race begin to infest and destroy the beauty that is our universe… but at the same time, im far to compelled to see how much really is out there, from quazars and faster than light travel, to new elements and molecules that could bridge huge technological gaps for the human race back here on Earth.
One thing is for certain, total human unification is needed before we send anything deep into space to help the good of mankind, no “Its an American find” or “Its a Russian find!” *war* it should be a “Its a great find, for the good of mankind”… and I hope everyone agrees, because up there… nationalism really does mean squat.
